Synch wont stay

I have had this app for a few months. In that time I have had to reconfigure my synch maybe 10+ times. Ive tried all different options. Im done trying to resolve. Currently I only use it on my phone which totally defeats the purpose of allowing my kids to see their chores and what theyve earned plus have my wife also help keep track of the chores and earned money. Now Im starting my search for a new app.
